Return Policy

A standard private return review must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags, packaging and supplied parts. For this range, inspection covers hygiene seals, tags, scent, washing, wear and structured shape.

When the reason is preference, fit or another non-fault choice, the NOVELRICA purchaser arranges and pays tracked private return review shipping. The parcel remains the NOVELRICA purchaser's responsibility until the authorised private return review point receives it.

When photographs and review confirm a faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect item, NOVELRICA provides or pays for the reasonable private return review route it authorises. Sending it elsewhere before instructions may prevent that route from being used.

Receipt is not automatic approval. NOVELRICA checks hygiene seals, tags, scent, washing, wear and structured shape against the request and the intimate item record, then explains whether a repaid amount, replacement or another step is available.

Another option is reserved only when private fit team confirms it. Where price or availability has changed, the original purchase may be refunded and a separate private purchase may be needed.

Once NOVELRICA approves and submits a repaid amount to the original confidential authorisation method, banks and confidential authorisation providers may need 7–24 business days to post it. Private fit team cannot redirect that repaid amount to a different card, account or person.

The catalogue-specific exclusions include opened hygiene protection, worn underwear and deformed structured items. Custom goods, Final Sale items and hygiene-sensitive intimate items with opened protection are also ineligible unless a confirmed fault changes the assessment.

Use the checkout email, private purchase number, item name and reason. If the parcel arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, preserve the packaging and show the intimate item, shipping label and affected area clearly.

2. Use tracked shipping when arranging a non-fault private return review.
3. Keep proof until the inspection and repaid amount decision are complete.

NOVELRICA counts 30 calendar days from recorded discreet parcel for an eligible private return review request. The item must still be capable of the category-specific inspection described here, so the deadline does not override condition requirements.
