Terms may be updated prospectively as bras, underwear, sleepwear and relaxed lounge layers or store operations change. If one clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses continue; mandatory consumer rights are not removed.

NOVELRICA sets aside 1–3 business days after accepting an private purchase to preserve liners, seals and structured cups while packing discreetly. This preparation period finishes before carrier transit begins; weekends, public holidays, confidential authorisation review and unresolved address questions can move the handover date.

After the parcel leaves the discreet fit brief, the carrier estimate is 10–20 business days. That window describes travel rather than preparation, and remote service, weather, customs review or a failed discreet parcel attempt can extend it.

Only confidential authorisation methods displayed for the current basket and destination can be selected. The authorised processor may request authorisation or authentication, but an unfinished challenge, temporary hold or failed attempt is not an accepted NOVELRICA private purchase.

Once NOVELRICA approves and submits a repaid amount to the original confidential authorisation method, banks and confidential authorisation providers may need 7–24 business days to post it. Private fit team cannot redirect that repaid amount to a different card, account or person.

Confidential authorisation, hosting, email and discreet parcel can rely on independent providers with their own technical limits. NOVELRICA remains responsible for its obligations but cannot control every bank, network or carrier event.

A purchaser must provide accurate contact, discreet parcel and confidential authorisation limited purchase data and use a confidential authorisation method they are authorised to use. Questions involving band and cup selection, stretch, coverage, private fit team and hygiene protection should be raised before submission.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent limited purchase data, introduce malicious code or burden the service with automated requests.

The checkout total on novelrica.com includes applicable taxes and import duties. If discreet parcel carries a separate charge, that line is shown before confidential authorisation authorisation rather than being hidden inside a intimate item price.

NOVELRICA counts 30 calendar days from recorded discreet parcel for an eligible private return review request. The item must still be capable of the category-specific inspection described here, so the deadline does not override condition requirements.

When the reason is preference, fit or another non-fault choice, the NOVELRICA purchaser arranges and pays tracked private return review shipping. The parcel remains the NOVELRICA purchaser's responsibility until the authorised private return review point receives it.

When photographs and review confirm a faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect item, NOVELRICA provides or pays for the reasonable private return review route it authorises. Sending it elsewhere before instructions may prevent that route from being used.

This discreet fit brief describes bras, underwear, sleepwear and relaxed lounge layers. Intimate item images, prices, options and availability belong to the specific listing; disclosing a private fit conversation beyond what private purchase private fit team requires is not authorised.

Checkout submission is an offer to buy. NOVELRICA accepts only after successful confidential authorisation confirmation and an private purchase record; obvious listing errors, unavailable stock, discreet parcel restrictions or suspected fraud can require rejection or cancellation and an appropriate repaid amount.

These terms apply when a visitor uses novelrica.com, submits a checkout or contacts NOVELRICA. The Confidential authorisation, Shipping, Private return review and Privacy pages are part of the same shopping framework.

Logos, photography, page design and written catalogue material may not be commercially republished without permission. In this collection, the specific misuse to avoid is disclosing a private fit conversation beyond what private purchase private fit team requires.

Write to mail@novelrica.com, identify novelrica.com, and include the relevant intimate item or private purchase number without sending confidential authorisation credentials. Last updated: August 11, 2026.
